UCL Technology and Electrolytic Cleaning Technology (ECT)

Electrolytic Cleaning Technology (ECT)

Our specially engineered ECT surfactants perform by neutralizing the ionic charge of surfaces. In turn, the targeted soil or dirt does not have an ionic charge to stick to resulting in easy and safe removal. So ECT based cleaners do not rely on pH, harsh caustics, high temperatures or heavy mechanical action to clean. This makes our products safer for the user and the environment. ECT functions much like a car battery which possess both negative and positive ions.

Food Grade Neutralizer

Our acid based cleaners and rinses are specially formulated with a safe blend of citric and malic acids, the same acids found in apples and oranges. This technology is ideal for neutralizing surfaces in preparation for floor finish application, residue removal for carpets or acid based cleaning in bathrooms and kitchens.

Polymer Technology

Bottom Up Drying

By drying/curing from the bottom up, this allows finishes and sealers to dry almost immediately upon application of the finish so subsequent coats can be applied within minutes versus the conventional top down drying method. This technology allows for easy spot repairs if the finish is ever disturbed during the drying process. The advantages are floor finishes and sealers will dry within an average, 10 minutes of application in normal conditions of humidity.

Non Styrene Polymer

Non-Styrene Polymer eliminates the need for polystyrene (carcinogen). This advanced Non-Styrene formula builds a protective coating over the floor and fully supports all types of surfaces. This polymer is balanced, extremely durable, and designed flexible to conform to flexible flooring.

Designed as a water based acrylic polymer, this technology is environmentally-friendly and does not contain heavy metals, or toxic chemicals. In addition, it contains UV blockers, which prevent our finish from UV discoloration. With superior durability and easy to maintain cleaning procedures, Non Styrene Polymer Technology will end your stripping cycles for good while keeping your floors protected and looking beautiful.

Polycyclic Reinforced Shield

A reinforced polycyclic molecular structure allows for unparalleled protection and resistance to the toughest soils and stains: ammonia, bleach, coke, coffee, fruit juice, floor stripper, hand sanitizer, hydrogen peroxide, and iodine.

SOIL AND STAIN RESISTANT:

Protects against iodine, hand sanitizer and other hard to remove stains from penetrating the floor finish.

EASY TO RESTORE:

Remove high labor costs with easy/quick restoration procedures

EXTENDED USE:

Keep your floors protected and looking great for extended periods of time

Kinetic Absorption

Kinetic Absorption utilizes force created through traffic to increase wear resistance and overall durability of the finish. As a result, durability and hardness of the finish is increased through time and use.

INCREASE IN DURABILITY:

Hardness of the finish will increase as time passes

EXTENDED WEAR-ABILITY:

Further extends or eliminates floor finish stripping cycles

SIMPLIFIES MAINTENANCE:

With higher levels of protection, durability and wear-ability, maintenance is easier than ever

Selective Implosion Technology

Selective Implosion Technology breaks the molecular structure of the floor finish by strategically “imploding” them, rather than blindly attacking through the accumulated finish. Once the finish is “imploded,” the emulsified film becomes loose and easy to remove off the floor without the harsh toxic odors. In addition, it acts as a catalyst that creates a micro-foam, which prevents unnecessary damage while speeding up the overall stripping process.
